Terms of service
These terms cover purchases from Plainwork Digital, a business based in Singapore. By buying a product, you agree to them.
Products
We sell digital products: templates, tools, datasets, guides, API access and AI-written results. Each product page describes what you get, its price and how it's delivered. Plainwork builds its products with the help of AI, and all of them are offered under these terms and our refund policy.
Licence
A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product in your own personal or business work. You may not resell or redistribute the files themselves unless the product page says you can.
AI-written results
Results written by AI after checkout are a starting point. Check them before you rely on them. They aren't medical, legal, tax or investment advice.
API access
API keys are for the buyer's own use. Don't share keys or use an API to break the law or someone else's terms. We may suspend keys that are abused.
Payment
Stripe processes all payments. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in the currency on the checkout page.
Refunds

No warranty
Products are provided as described and, to the extent the law allows, without other warranties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
